RankSavanna is an SEO auditing and analysis tool. You agree not to use the service for:

• Any unlawful purpose or to solicit others to perform or participate in any unlawful acts.
• To harass, abuse, insult, harm, defame, slander, disparage, intimidate, or discriminate based on gender, sexual orientation, religion, ethnicity, race, age, national origin, or disability.
• To upload or transmit viruses or any other type of malicious code.
• To spam, phish, pharm, pretext, spider, crawl, or scrape beyond normal SEO auditing limits.

4. Intellectual Property

The service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of RankSavanna and its licensors. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without our prior written consent.

5. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall RankSavanna, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the service.
