RankSavanna is an SEO intelligence platform that crawls websites, analyzes their on-page SEO, scores each page, and provides AI-powered actionable recommendations. It supports sitemap-based and spider-based crawling, Lightpanda rendering for modern SPAs, Local SEO monitoring, and detailed PDF audit reports.

Go to the Crawl page, enter your target URLs, and click Start Crawl. You must be logged in and your email must be verified to start a crawl. New accounts include 2 lifetime free crawls (up to 25 pages each). The system discovers pages via sitemap or internal link spidering and analyzes each page in the background.

Each page gets a score from 0–100 based on title quality, meta descriptions, heading hierarchy, HTTPS status, response time, image alt text, and semantic structure. Grades range from A+ to F.

New users receive 2 lifetime free crawls with a limit of 25 pages per crawl. Free crawl results are temporary and are expunged from the system shortly after access. To keep data longer or crawl more pages, please choose a paid package.

For paid packages, crawl sessions and results are retained for 10 days. Free crawl data is temporary. We recommend exporting your reports as PDF before the retention period expires. Superadmin crawl data is purged every 24 hours.

Yes. Our terminal supports M-Pesa STK Push integration for Kenyan businesses. Cashiers can trigger a payment request directly to the customer's phone, with real-time verification upon successful payment. We also support Cash and Card transactions.

Absolutely. Every action taken in the system—from processing a sale to editing inventory—is logged in our Activity Audit Log. Store Owners and Managers can review these logs to ensure operational integrity and transparency across all branches.

The system automatically generates a Financial Ledger for your store. Sales are recorded as credits, while Procurement, Staff Salaries, and operational Expenses (rent, utilities) are tracked as debits, giving you a real-time view of your net profitability.

On any session detail page, use the Export button to download a professional PDF report. You can also email reports directly from the session page. Exporting is available on Pro and Agency plans.

Yes! RankSavanna uses the high-performance Lightpanda rendering engine to render JavaScript-heavy sites and Single Page Applications (SPAs) before performing analysis.

AI-powered SEO insights and recommendations are available directly within the RankSavanna platform interface. Once a crawl is complete, simply click on any page in your dashboard to view personalized AI suggestions for improvement.

The REST API at /api/v1/ lets you programmatically access results, statistics, and sessions. API access is restricted to Pro and Agency plans. See the API Documentation for details.

1. M-Pesa Integration: To set up M-Pesa, you must register a live app on the Safaricom Daraja Portal to obtain your Consumer Key and Consumer Secret. You also need a live PayBill or Till Number along with its associated Passkey for STK push signing.

RankSavanna handles all the complex backend requirements for you. Our secure servers securely generate timestamps, handle authentication tokens, and provide a single global HTTPS Callback URL to safely process Daraja's JSON payloads. We also provide a built-in Webhook Handler to validate callbacks and update your branch ledgers. Security Protocols are strictly enforced—all STK push requests originate securely from our server-side code, never from the frontend browser.

2. Binance Pay: Insert your Binance Merchant UID. When staff process crypto transactions, the terminal generates standard Binance Web3 payment URLs.

3. PayPal: Input the registered email of your PayPal Business account to automatically track standard dollar settlements.

The RankSavanna ERP Suite is a full-scale enterprise resource planning platform. It includes Financial Management (General Ledger, Accounts Receivable & Payable, tax compliance & filing, fixed asset tracking with depreciation), Human Capital Management (employee directory, payroll processing, leave management, role-based access control), and CRM & Inventory (customer & lead management, stock movements, warehouse operations). All modules are unified under one enterprise dashboard.

The financial modules include a Chart of Accounts with a full General Ledger, Accounts Receivable for tracking customer invoices and payments, Accounts Payable for vendor bills, Tax Compliance with automated filing, and Fixed Asset Management with configurable depreciation schedules. All financial data is exportable to PDF and Excel.

Yes. The ERP features a granular Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) system. Organization owners can create custom roles with specific permissions, assign them to staff members, and control access to individual modules like Financials, Inventory, or HCM. Every action is tracked in the activity audit log for full transparency.

The ERP Suite is built on a strict multi-tenant architecture. Each organization's data is fully isolated with tenant-scoped database queries, ensuring complete privacy and security. Organization owners can invite staff, assign roles, and manage departments — all within their own isolated environment. Cross-tenant data access is architecturally impossible.
